Where do you ship?
At this time, we offer domestic shipping only within the United States.
When will my order ship?
As soon as you purchase, we get to work! Please give us 5-7 business days to process and ship your order. Shipping may be subject to delay during national holidays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated during checkout based on your location.
Where do you design and manufacture?
All pickleball paddles are designed in the United States and manufactured in China. Our manufacturers are proud to be Fair Labor Association members. We partner closely with them to ensure good working conditions and livable wages.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to limited available inventory, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any modifications. Your paddle is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects, but not normal wear and tear, abuse, negligence, or user modification.
